Belvara Management Services FZCO is a private management and investment company registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) free zone, with its registered office at JBC 4 Tower, Unit 1502, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the purposes of the PDPL, Belvara acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

3. Scope

This Policy covers this website and the individual contact pages accessible via our printed business cards. It does not cover third-party websites we may link to, or correspondence conducted with us outside these digital channels.

4. Personal data we collect

• When you use our "Get in touch" enquiry form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• When you visit this website or a personal contact page: limited technical data collected automatically through Google Tag Manager, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and — where you arrive via a Google Ads campaign — campaign performance data.

We do not knowingly collect financial account information, payment details, or government identification numbers through this website.

• Responding to enquiries submitted through our contact forms — on the basis of your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.
• Operating, securing and improving this website — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

We do not use personal data for any purpose incompatible with those listed above, and we do not sell personal data.
